We structure our investments to limit the financial risk associated with a transaction and provide a company’s management team with the financial flexibility and manageable covenants that allows achievable growth milestones. We provide equity capital in the spirit of partnership. Our purpose is to provide liquidity and human capacity today in order to create stronger, more valuable companies in the future.
As a rule we do not invest in R&D stage and pre-commercial stage start-ups. We are interested to develop the enterprise together with the founders, once the business plan, commercial activity, together with management capability has shown some promise.
